  • Royal Hound Unveils Phase II Clinical Trial Results for Supplement Ingredients – Nearing Entry into the Chinese Market

Pet pharmaceutical company Royal Hound has disclosed the results of Phase II clinical trials on the ingredients of its supplement products as it prepares to enter the Chinese market. From September 22 to 25, Royal Hound presented these research findings in a poster presentation at the IUNS conference in Beijing, China, demonstrating the effectiveness and competitive edge of its products.

In this clinical trial, Royal Hound’s research team focused on verifying the effects of key ingredients aimed at enhancing immunity and boosting antioxidant function. According to the study, these ingredients activate T-cells, which play a critical role in the immune system of pets, promoting the production of essential cytokines that strengthen immune responses, thus contributing significantly to the maintenance of pet health. Additionally, the research team observed a meaningful increase in specific antioxidant proteins within the test subjects, confirming that these ingredients can help restore antioxidant capacity diminished by aging, which has a positive effect on overall energy and vitality in pets.

The head of Royal Hound’s research department emphasized that this presentation reflects the company’s research capabilities and the efficacy of its products on a global stage. He stated, “The Phase II clinical trial results validate our product as an effective solution for long-term pet health management. Given the rapid growth of the pet market in China, we anticipate that Royal Hound’s products will set a new standard in this sector.” China represents a critical market with increasing demand for premium pet supplements due to a rising pet population, and this presentation is expected to positively impact Royal Hound’s future success in the Chinese market.

Royal Hound also expressed confidence that its solutions will earn the trust of Chinese consumers. A company representative remarked, “There is already a rising demand for premium pet supplements in the Chinese market, and we plan to strengthen our product positioning with a locally tailored strategy.”

These research results mark an important step in Royal Hound’s journey to establishing a leading position in the global pet healthcare market. The company intends to continue verifying the efficacy of its products through further research and trials, while also strengthening its marketing and R&D capabilities in other key markets, including the United States and Europe.

  • Brezlin Estates LLC: Lisbon Tourism Market Insights

Brezlin Estates LLC explores Lisbon’s 2024 tourism market. With rising revenues and a global appeal, learn why now is the time to invest.

Looking to make your next big investment? Lisbon’s tourism sector is calling your name, and it’s not just about sun, surf, and sangria. Brezlin Estates LLC explores why Lisbon is the hotspot for savvy investors in 2024, offering a blend of solid returns and the charm of one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

    The Buzz in Lisbon

Lisbon is having a moment—well, more like a streak. Early 2024 has already seen the tourist accommodation sector grow by 7.0%, and overnight stays have climbed 6.4%. This has translated into a whopping €276.4 million ($298 million) in total revenue, marking a 13.0% rise. Revenue from accommodations alone jumped 13.1%, hitting €202.1 million ($218 million). With a new airport in the works and a high-speed rail link connecting Lisbon to Madrid, the infrastructure boost is set to keep the momentum going strong, enhancing connectivity and making Lisbon an even more attractive destination for international tourists.

    Global Appeal and Growing Demand

It’s not just Europeans flocking to Lisbon; the city has become a global favorite. In 2023, Portugal was the fourth most Googled travel destination worldwide, drawing tourists from key markets like the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and the USA. American tourists alone spent €2.5 billion ($2.7 billion) last year, marking a 31.5% increase from the previous year. This spike in global interest positions Lisbon as a top competitor against other European hotspots like Paris, Rome, and Barcelona. Lisbon’s appeal is not limited to leisure tourists; the city is increasingly hosting international conferences, business meetings, and large-scale events, boosting demand for high-quality accommodations year-round.

    Invest Smart: Hospitality Expansion Fund

If you’re looking for a more structured way to tap into this booming market, consider investing in funds dedicated to the hospitality sector. Options like the Hospitality Expansion Fund offer enticing terms such as upfront returns of 40% within a month of subscription or steady annual returns combined with a buy-back guarantee, making it a low-risk, high-reward opportunity. Whether you’re investing €350,000 in a hotel renovation or €500,000 in a new project, these funds provide a diversified approach, minimizing risk while maximizing potential returns. The city’s commitment to sustainable tourism and the rising trend of eco-friendly accommodations also mean there are growing opportunities in green investments, which attract a new wave of environmentally-conscious travelers.

    Looking Ahead

With prime yields on hotel investments in Lisbon ranging between 5.15% to 5.65%, and projected increases in Average Daily Rates (ADR) and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), Lisbon’s hospitality sector promises robust returns. Whether you’re eyeing boutique hotels, luxury accommodations, or sustainable tourism projects, the market dynamics favor investors ready to act now. The forecast for 2024 and beyond looks bright, with Lisbon set to maintain its upward trajectory in both tourist numbers and investor interest. Additionally, government incentives like tax breaks for hotel renovations and supportive policies for foreign investors create a friendly environment that makes entering the market easier and more profitable.

    Ready to Dive In?

Lisbon isn’t just a beautiful place to visit; it’s a smart place to invest. As the city’s tourism sector continues to break records, now is the perfect time to explore your options and capitalize on this thriving market. Whether you’re a seasoned investor looking to diversify your portfolio or exploring international investments for the first time, Lisbon offers a balanced mix of security, growth potential, and lifestyle benefits. Brezlin Estates LLC is here to guide you through every step of your investment journey in Lisbon’s vibrant tourism sector, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet your investment goals.

  • Museum Congress Held at the International Symposium “Creating the Future”

On November 6, the museum congress “The Museum as a Place for Shaping the Future” concluded at the International Symposium “Creating the Future,” held at the National Center “Russia.” Over three days, Russian and international experts discussed whether museums will be needed in the future, what they should be like, and the role of museum spaces in shaping tomorrow’s reality.

“On the first day, we discussed national and multinational aspects, on the second, how museums are places for applying new technologies, and on the third, how they can be places for shaping the future. There were very different perspectives on all three topics. Since truth emerges in debate, I think this is an excellent foundation to start formulating and implementing new ideas. We are glad to have this informative platform, and it is great that this platform is beyond traditional museum communications,” said the congress moderator, art historian, and Director of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, Elizaveta Likhacheva.

Prior to the discussions, a special survey was conducted among 50 museum employees, identifying four main trends in the future development of museums. The final day of the congress focused on the museum as a communication space: the survey results led to four key predictions. The first prediction stated that people of the future would stop visiting museums; the second suggested that one of the main functions of museums would be educational; the third predicted that artificial intelligence would replace certain “museum professions”; and the fourth, which garnered the most votes, promised that “museum professions” would become interdisciplinary and museum workers would be multi-competent.

Sayalbek Gizzatov, Scientific Secretary of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, explained why he believes museums will remain relevant in the future. “Why will people continue to visit museums? The fact is that humans still understand and perceive the world through their experiences, feelings, and sensations. Therefore, even in the age of technological development, the museum will remain an essential platform for communication and understanding the world and oneself,” Gizzatov said.

Alexander Sedov, Director of the State Museum of Oriental Art, emphasized that future museum professionals must develop diverse competencies and gain authority in various specializations to conduct full and effective interdisciplinary dialogue with people. “In our time, a person with extensive knowledge is becoming, let’s say, an increasingly rare breed. Therefore, a museum worker must have significant knowledge, experience, and multidisciplinary skills to be able to answer virtually any question,” stated Sedov.

Xue Jiang, Head of the Cultural Development Department at the Chengdu Science Fiction Museum (China), spoke about how the museum is both Chinese and international. “We strive to enrich our visitors’ experience as much as possible. People often think that science fiction culture is limited to reading related books, but we want to offer different experiences and show that SciFi is cool. Our writers meet with fans, we host sci-fi film screenings, SciFi carnivals, and performances. Our museum also has a park by a lake where visitors can, for example, go kayaking. This is very important because young visitors, their parents, and even grandparents can all find activities to enjoy. Of course, we hope our museum will become a platform for cultural exchange,” noted Xue Jiang.

Summarizing, Elizaveta Likhacheva stated that museums, though indirectly, will play a significant role in shaping the future. “Throughout different periods, culture has often saved people, and this is remembered and appreciated not only in Russia but by all humanity. Therefore, museums that study the past can also become places for shaping the future. I believe that thanks to the existence of museums, many historical mistakes have been avoided, and that alone justifies their existence,” concluded the expert.

The International Symposium “Creating the Future” runs from November 4 to 6, featuring scientists, researchers, futurists, science fiction writers, and government representatives from 101 countries, including Russia, India, Italy, Iran, China, the UAE, Serbia, the USA, and France. The program includes more than 60 sessions across four key areas: the future of humanity, the future of technology, the future of a multipolar world, and the future of civilizations. Event details and broadcasts are available at https://future.russia.ru/.

The “Creating the Future” Symposium is the first event organized by the National Center “Russia,” established on July 1, 2024, by decree of President Vladimir Putin. The center aims to preserve the legacy of the International Exhibition Forum “Russia” and showcase the achievements of the country and its people. Federal authorities, state companies, corporations, and regional representatives participate in the center’s work.

  • Modesty, Beauty, and Impressive Scale: International Participants of the “Creating the Future” Symposium Share Impressions of Russia

The international “Creating the Future” Symposium brought together participants from 100 countries. Over three days, they not only engaged in thematic sessions and discussions but also experienced Russia, got to know its people, and enjoyed the beauty of the capital. This left a lasting impression on every foreign guest.

One of the most pleasant and accurate descriptions of the people of Russia came from an Indian participant. “The first thing that impressed me upon arriving in Russia was the modesty, friendliness, and willingness of people to help. Moreover, I feel a closeness to your wonderful culture and traditions, and I think the Symposium will help many better understand Russia,” noted Milan Kumar Lal, a senior researcher at the Rice Institute.

John Molera, a resident of the United States and Director of Policy and Research at DD Geopolitics, countered negative stereotypes about Russia and its people. He is confident that the advice to avoid traveling to Russia, often given in his home country, is unfounded, as visitors are welcomed here with open hearts and arms. “I feel at home here. It is a very special place, warm and welcoming. I feel part of this community. Moscow is an incredible mix of history and vision, reflecting the new multipolar world forming before our eyes. At this critical moment, as the world rapidly shifts from a unipolar order dominated by Western powers and the United States, Moscow is once again becoming the heart of humanity,” said John Molera.

The uniqueness, striking appearance, and fascinating history of Russia’s capital impressed many international guests. They had the chance to explore Moscow independently or during river and bus tours. “Moscow is a very special city. During the tour, I thought about how this city experienced the revolution in 1917, yet its beauty remained unaffected. There is an incredible blend of ancient architecture and skyscrapers. I am delighted to have had the chance to visit and see such beautiful places,” said Umesh Kumar Rustagi, a guest from India.

Some guests were inspired by Moscow not only for its beauty and scale but also for its chocolate, with the famous “Red October” confectionery factory located in the city. “I really liked Moscow, especially at night, all lit up. It was interesting to see the historic center: the chocolate factory impressed me, and I immediately wanted to buy candies. Moscow’s buildings amaze with their scale, as do the monuments, with the Peter the Great monument leaving a particularly strong impression,” shared Yun Liu from China.

The National Center “Russia” was established by order of President Vladimir Putin to preserve the legacy of the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” and showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a permanent basis. The center’s work involves federal government bodies, state-owned companies, corporations, and regions.

The first event at the National Center “Russia” was the international “Creating the Future” symposium, attended by more than 6,000 guests from 101 countries.

  • Foreign Guests of the “Creating the Future” Symposium Gifted Their Favorite Books to the Library of the National Center “Russia”

International participants of the “Creating the Future” Symposium brought inspiring books as gifts to the library of the National Center “Russia.” The guests hope that these unique literary works will leave a profound impression on Russian readers. The first gifts were presented by delegates from China and the United Arab Emirates.

Majid Al Mansouri, Executive Director of the Museum of the Future (UAE), brought a book by the Prime Minister and Vice President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, titled “My Vision, Challenges in the Pursuit of Excellence.” “My mother gifted me this book when I was in high school, and I spent countless nights engrossed in it. His Highness shares stories of his childhood and life experiences, which are truly inspiring. It is crucial that we think as globally as this man, and his thoughts and vision helped realize an exciting project like the Museum of the Future. I can say that I am also a student of His Highness’s school, and I am very proud of it. I hope that his words and ideas will inspire my Russian friends as much as they inspired me,” said Majid Al Mansouri.

Several books were added to the future library’s collection by distinguished guests from China. “These are three books from the famous Chinese science fiction writer Liu Cixin, The Three-Body Problem. I chose them because they were exclusively published in The World of Chinese Science Fiction magazine, making them renowned not only in China but globally. I appreciate that the National Center ‘Russia’ greatly contributes to developing ties between countries and demonstrates the belief that humanity has a brilliant future and will achieve its goals,” said Liu Yijing, Deputy Director of the editorial department of The World of Chinese Science Fiction magazine.

Alongside the publications gifted by international guests, the library of the National Center “Russia” will include examples of classic world literature that remain relevant over the years, as well as new works by both established and emerging talented authors. These books will help readers discover Russia from an unexplored perspective, broaden their horizons, and enrich home libraries with intriguing editions for all generations.

John Durrant, Honorary Consul of Russia in Canada, donated his over-100-year-old Russian language textbook to the library. “It was my first Russian language textbook, which I began learning on my own at 13. It was very hard to find a good textbook, so I decided to share my beginning with the National Center,” said John Durrant.

The National Center “Russia” itself will also act as a book publisher, launching a series of books for the whole family. The first in the series will be “Professor Puzzle’s Puzzles” by Mikhail Gershenzon, which was once a centerpiece of almost every home library.

Participants of the “Creating the Future” Symposium shared which books they read during their childhood and adolescence had the greatest impact on their lives and careers. For example, former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl admitted that she was influenced by “The Prophet” by the Lebanese poet and artist Kahlil Gibran, while Rodrigo Andres Quevedo Silva, President of the Robotics Association of Chile, enthusiastically spoke about Papelucho, the main character of a children’s book series by Chilean writer Marcela Paz.

The National Center “Russia” was established by order of President Vladimir Putin to preserve the legacy of the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” and to showcase the achievements of the country and its people on a permanent basis. The center’s work involves federal authorities, state companies, corporations, and regions. • Foreign Experts Discussed the Role of Museums in Shaping Tomorrow at the “Creating the Future” Symposium

As part of the “Creating the Future” Symposium held at the National Center “Russia,” a large-scale museum congress titled “The Museum as a Place for Shaping the Future” took place. Over three days, Russian and international experts representing various types of museums discussed whether museums are needed in the future, what form they should take, and the role of museum spaces in shaping tomorrow’s reality.

Majid Al Mansouri, Executive Director of the Museum of the Future (UAE), spoke about how new technological solutions used in the museum’s operations help convey meaningful messages to visitors. “We decided that it is essential not just to showcase the latest technologies and make them the centerpiece of the exhibition, but also to tell people stories about the future. Technologies help us create and present these stories in the most engaging way, providing the necessary user experience to captivate people with the future and convey essential meanings to our visitors,” said Majid Al Mansouri.

Azza Alnuaymi, Head of Project Management at the Museum of the Future, emphasized that museum exhibits can aid in finding solutions to universal human problems: “The Museum of the Future is not just a museum. It is a place where we experiment in search of a better future.”

Xue Jiang, Head of Cultural Development at the Chengdu Science Fiction Museum (China), expressed that the modern museum should embody universality so that everyone can find something to engage with. “We strive to enrich our visitors’ experience as much as possible, showing that Sci-Fi is not just about reading books. • Foreign Experts at the “Creating the Future” Symposium Discussed the Future of Education and Cultural Unity

At the international “Creating the Future” symposium held at the National Center “Russia,” foreign participants raised significant issues related to the future of education, cultural unity, and technological progress. The brainstorming session titled “What and How Will We Learn?” emphasized the harmonious development of individuals and society in the context of rapid technological growth.

Suheil Farah, President of the Open University “Dialogue of Civilizations” and a cultural expert, highlighted that the education system, family, and society as a whole should strive to create a model of a highly cultured individual. “We live in a world where different generations, religions, and professions coexist, so to avoid conflicts, children need to be brought up in the spirit of reasonable dialogue and partnership, setting the right example. If every word and action of ours aligns with the word ‘culture,’ then there is a chance we will save the world,” said Suheil Farah.

Futurist and engineer from Spain, José Cordeiro, in his speech, addressed the prospects of technological development, describing the future of humanity as distinct from both our present and past. “Thanks to artificial intelligence, we are transitioning into the first intelligent generation, which will be the smartest that has ever existed. We stand on the brink of incredible possibilities — superintelligence, immortality, and life on multiple planets. This is the future that everyone should aspire to. And I am confident that Russia can become a leading country in this endeavor,” said José Cordeiro.

The dialogue on the future of education and the transformation of human values, in which foreign experts participated, underscored the importance of international cooperation and cultural unity.

The National Center “Russia” was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” and showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a permanent basis. • 300 Tours Conducted for Participants of the “Creating the Future” Symposium at the National Center “Russia”

The international science fiction symposium “Creating the Future” offered guests not only a rich business agenda but also a diverse cultural program. During the tours, participants had the opportunity to explore the capital’s landmarks and appreciate the exhibits at the National Center “Russia.” Over the three days of the forum, the tours were attended by 957 people.

Participants of the tour groups embarked on a journey from the fantasies of great writers and thinkers to the real achievements of renowned scientists and engineers. Guided by an experienced tour leader, visitors began their journey at the “Library of the Future,” where they learned how Jules Verne, Kir Bulychev, and other writers envisioned the world of the future, inspiring generations of scientists and inventors. Participants discovered which ideas have become reality, which are still awaiting their realization, and drew inspiration for developing their own ideas and future achievements.

The next stop was the “Hall of Inventions,” showcasing how writers’ fantasies translate into real technologies. Many dreams have become part of everyday life, such as communication devices, tablets, and even robotic vacuum cleaners.

The final destination of the tour was an art gallery featuring works by young artists from around the world. Artists from Russia, China, Iran, India, Ethiopia, and Brazil expressed their vision of the future through paintings, sculptures, and art installations, reflecting their cultural and national perspectives and traditions.

In total, 957 people attended the tours over three days, including 203 international guests.

Besides the National Center, some Symposium participants also attended two special tours around Moscow: a river and a bus tour. The bus tour focused on the architectural heritage of Soviet avant-garde. Guests saw unique buildings like the Zuyev Workers’ Club on Lesnaya Street, the white façade of the Narkomfin building in the Shalyapin Garden, and the elegant Mostorg building on 1905 Street. All these structures symbolize the dreams of creators for a bright future.

The river tour along the Moscow River started at the quay in the City and concluded at the Floating Bridge in Zaryadye Park. This tour was a journey through time: guests viewed the oldest architectural monuments of Moscow and its most modern structures symbolizing progress and the future. Highlights included the Moscow State University building named after M.V. Lomonosov, Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure, Vorobyovy Gory, St. Basil’s Cathedral, and other landmarks.
