The design and artwork at Sexy Fish Miami is beyond inspiring and unique. The under-water experience offers masterful creations by Chef Director Bjorn Weissgerber, who led the kitchen at Zuma Miami during its opening in 2010, and will serve a Japanese-influenced menu that will include some of the guests’ favorites from its original location, including crafted sushi, black cod, King crab, duck salad, and smoked tuna belly. The bar offers one the largest selections of Dom Perignon and Opus One in the United States, and an elevated selection of crafted cocktails that takes nearly 36 hours of preparation.
The dazzling interior is designed by the award-winning Martin Brudnizki Studio and features original artwork by the famed British artist Damien Hirst, as well as an installation of 26 remarkable fish lamps from celebrated architect Frank Gehry. A ceiling adorned with gold and one of the largest aquariums containing live coral and colorful tropical fish help to complete the surrealist decor. Sexy Fish will also offer an exclusive late-night experience, allowing guests to enjoy incredible entertainment, as well as food and drink options.
