The Jointer DeFi Auction Will Launch and Receive Support from STEX starting October 27, 2020

Silicon Valley, October 27, 2020, ZEXPRWIRE – Jointer, the future of Commercial Real Estate investment and syndication, announced it will invest $5 million dollars towards STEX, the regulated Estonian exchange will fiat intake and 100% of investors deposited funds SAFU, at a $100 million dollar valuation. The strategic investment will add a new primary issuance option as well as secondary trading starting on October 27, 2020.

Jointer’s Auction will continue the daily dynamic offering and STEX users can participate directly from their wallets. Each day carries a goal and a maximum amount of contributions possible. By setting goals for each day of the Auction, Jointer is able to provide investors an extra incentive to outperform the daily goal through a dual bonus structure allowing both large and small investors an opportunity to benefit from the daily success with one bonus unlocked as a group and one as an individual. Because there is also a maximum amount of contributions, investors must act fast before that day’s supply is sold.

The Group Bonus allows everyone to benefit from a greater JNTR discount once the auction reaches above 100%. The Individual Bonus benefits large contributors to the round by offering a multiplier that incentivizes daily lead investors.  As the nation slowly but surely starts to re-open after the worst of the pandemic appears to be subsiding, one popular Kansas Night Club has decided the best way to get folks coming back is thru stand up Comedy.

Hell Rayzors Roadhouse located in Harveyville, KS.,  is a very unique and popular sports bar known mostly for serving the “Best Burger in Kansas.” Now they hope to be equally known for being the only place within a hundred or so miles that brings in professional touring comedians.

“We had Michael Joiner perform a few years ago for New Years Eve and I started thinking how we could easily make this a once a month event”, says owner Kevin Rayzor. “I contacted Michael and he introduced me to his booking agent who set us up with some great talent for the first few months.”

The 1st Saturday of the month Comedy Night will consist of two shows, 7pm and 9:30pm. At fifty or so seats per show, tickets are expected to sell out fast.

Michael Joiner, a 25 year veteran of stand-up, who recently signed with Comedy Dynamics and Git-R-Done to an album label and distribution deal will headline the first two shows on Saturday, November 7, 2020.  His opening act will be David Scott. Joiner’s most recent album, entitled “SHUT-UP & LAUGH”, was released for airplay on Spotify, SiriusXM, iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Music and more last April. Michael plans to perform several bits from that album as well as 50% never before released material.

Joiner, known as “America’s Favorite Smart Aleck!”, has been performing his style of observational sarcasm for over 25 years. He was a contributing writer for the Tonight Show and won the Hollywood Improv’s “Funniest Comic in LA” in 2008.  He moved his family to LA in the mid 2000’s to more seriously study acting and has since then starred in over a dozen feature films.

The SYNC network’s automated bond market maker executes the bond’s immediate sale on behalf of a user without the need for an auction.

During the creation of a Crypto Bond, SYNC tokens contained within it are removed from the total supply. This way, the DeFi protocol maintains the scarcity of the tokens and their relevance in the market.

Upon maturation of the Crypto Bond, the SYNC tokens are re-minted with the earned interest.

Term Crypto Bonds earn term interest on a user’s SYNC upon maturation. Term Crypto Bonds are available in 90 days, 180 days, 1, 2, & 3-year time durations. Interest rates readjust daily to meet supply and demand rates of the SYNC tokens’ available supply.

If users choose dividends, they can withdraw a quarterly payment of SYNC at any time after every 90 days lapses. When a bond matures, liquidity tokens are returned, and all Uniswap fees are still the holder’s to keep.

SYNC Network incentives the strengthening of liquidity pools. Essentially, the more liquidity locked via Crypto Bonds directly relates to more market certainty for investors.

Let’s use Jordan, a Resolvver and avid gamer, as an example for the Resolvve workflow. One of Jordan’s favorite games is Apex Legends. He decides to post an Apex Legends challenge where to win you have to submit a YouTube clip of your gameplay. To make things more interesting and competitive he decides to add a $10 bounty to the post instead of posting for free. If you think you have what it takes, make your gaming video and submit it to Jordan’s post. Other people will too, and you’ll win the $10 bounty if Jordan thinks your gameplay was the best. About the Startup

Resolvve co-founders Carlos Willis Jr. and Rasaan Hollis are 25 years old and have been friends for half their lives. Natives of Columbus, Ohio the pair decided to start Resolvve in their apartment near OSU’s campus with no external funding to-date. Neither has a formal computer science background, but they were able to create Resolvve by building a team of developers and putting in the work to learn to code themselves. Resolvve is currently in beta and will be rolling out continuous improvements over time based on user feedback.
